- Content hosted on our platform that you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights.
- A billing dispute or refund decision you wish to escalate beyond support.

3. How to Raise a Complaint
Email grievance@autometa.in, or write to the postal address above. To let us act quickly, please include:
- Your name and a contact email or phone number.
- The workspace or account concerned, if you know it.
- A clear description of the issue, and what outcome you are seeking.
- Any supporting material — screenshots, transaction references, message identifiers or dates.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request concerning personal data, particularly where acting on a false request would itself cause harm.
4. Our Timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: within 15 days of receipt, as required by the Intermediary Guidelines.
- Data-protection requests: within 30 days, and sooner where practicable.
- Unlawful content: we act on a valid complaint as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within the timelines the applicable rules prescribe.
If a complaint will take longer than these periods, we will tell you why and give an expected date.
5. If You Are Not Satisfied
If our response does not resolve your complaint, you may escalate it:
- Data protection: to the Data Protection Board of India, established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Consumer matters: to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or through the National Consumer Helpline.
- EEA or UK residents: to your local data protection supervisory authority.
Escalating does not affect any other right or remedy available to you. Related policies: Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
